3 Ways To: Feel Happier Every Day

Hello my sweet friend!

So, a little real talk, right?

In our mission to be our best selves and have our best lives, we can sometimes get stuck thinking about the next thing, and the next thing, and the next thing. And if we get stuck there – then before we know it, we’re gonna be dead, still reaching for that next thing, and realize that we never cashed in on that happiness we had been working so hard for!

Planning and having goals is obviously useful, necessary, and downright wonderfully fantastic (coming from type-A over here) but sometimes it can steal our happiness if we don’t balance it.

In this week’s episode, I talk about 3 ways to be happier every single day. These are 3 things I find tremendously effective and do on a daily basis. You’ll get two great outcomes from doing stuff like this:

  1. You’ll feel good more often, and who the hell doesn’t love to feel as good as possible as often as possible!

AND

  1. When you feel better, and more centered, you’ll be more clear-minded and energized to achieve those goals we’re working towards. So you’re more likely to get em done, and done well!
