So what the hell does that mean, right?! Lol. The best way for me to describe it is for me to ask you to do a thought experiment.
Picture the best possible version of yourself.
What does that look like? Envision it.
Maybe you’re running that dream business of yours and it’s a success and you feel good about yourself and you can’t wait to wake up every morning to do the work that you’re doing. You’re doing something you love and that you’re proud of and you’re making that monaaay. You can afford to do the things that really make you happy. You’re not stressed, you feel free and totally alive.
Maybe you’re just a little bit healthier than you are now. Or, maybe you’re a lot healthier. You’re climbing those stairs without feeling short of breath. You’re wearing that dress or that outfit that you always wanted to wear but we’re afraid of and you feel damn good in it. You feel beautiful in your skin and energized and clear in your mind.
Maybe you found your self in that loving relationship that you desire and deserve. It could be with your family, your friends or that guy you’ve been dreaming of.
Maybe it’s none of these things. Maybe it’s all of these things. Maybe it’s a secret only you know in your own mind, something you always wanted to do or be.
Whatever it is, hold that vision of yourself and your life in your mind right now – that best possible version of yourself. That is who you really are, that is what you are really meant for.
Those things are all available to us right now. It’s just the things in our heads, like fear, self-doubt, procrastination, that are holding us back from bringing them into our lives and experiencing them. Krystal TV gives you tools to get past those blocks so that you can have that fulfilling life you are here to live.
So now that we know what Krystal TV is. Let me explain how it came up?!
So you may know that I launched my book, What The Hell Am I Supposed To Do With My Life earlier this year. And before I launched it I was really terrified because I had no idea what the response would be. But I just really felt deep down that it was something that I really needed to do or I would always regret it. So I did. Then I started getting all this feedback from people that felt the same way I did! I didn’t expect it to resonate with so many people. But I was really touched that it did. And it motivated me to share more about what challenges me and things I use to overcome them. Because if I find it helpful, maybe others will to. And so Krystal TV was born.
So I guess we still have the question What is Krystal TV? Like what exactly lol. Alrighty – Details now – It’s 5 minute TV show that comes out every two weeks. That covers a range of topics, all related to getting past those blocks in our heads that prevent us from being that person we really want to be. Topics like, getting past fear, conquering anxiety and depression, finding your life purpose and a whole bunch of other fun stuff!
